Applicable Game Prizes.  Prize placement shall be determined by the Company based on scoring results.

First Place Prize:  Two (2) tickets to a future IFL 2021 season game, and two (2) VIP credentials for field access prior to the start of the game  ($50/per ticket including VIP access), one (1) IFL Hat ($30.00), one (1) IFL, and T-Shirt ($30.00).  Total value of each First Place Prize is $160.


Second Place Prize:  Winner’s choice of either one (1) IFL Jersey ($85.00) or one (1) IFL Hoodie ($60.00), one (1) IFL Hat ($30.00), and one IFL T-Shirt ($30.00).  Total value of each Second Place Prize is $120.00 or $145.00.


Third Place Prize:  One (1) IFL Hat ($30.00), and one (1) IFL T-Shirt ($30.00).  Total value of each Third Place Prize is $60.00



Grand Prize:   One (1) trip for two (2) to the 2021 IFL Championship Game (the city is to be determined and will be announced when known). The trip package includes roundtrip airfare for two (2), economy class from a major airport near winner’s residence to an airport near the Championship Game city ($700), two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) ($400); and two (2) tickets to the IFL Championship Game along with 2 VIP credentials for field access prior to the start of the game  ($150 or $75/per ticket). The trip must be taken in conjunction with the date of the 2021 IFL Championship Game (date in August to be determined, but winner will be notified at minimum 30 days in advance). Total value of the Grand Prize package is $1,250, and subject to change based on airfare at time of booking.  The Grand Prize Winner will be notified of the actual value of the Grand Prize.


In connection with any visit to any Prize Provider location, please be advised that the Prize Provider’s  policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed.  Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and the Company and Prize Providers cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.

All capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth above.




1.  To be eligible to participate in the Contest, participants must be U.S. residents or who are at least the Age of Eligibility, and reside in the Contest Area.   Residents and Citizens of the European Union are not eligible to enter or win this Contest.  Authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry is considered the participant.  

2.  Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Company (collectively, the “Company Entities”), IFL, Sponsor(s), Prize Provider(s), contest software and/or data providers, each of their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, local and national networks, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.  The term “immediate family” includes spouses, domestic partners, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and any other relatives who reside in the same household with employee.

How to Register


To register and play, log onto the Company’s Website or IFL Website and click on the Stadium Prediction Challenge link to access the Contest entry/registration page. Complete the online registration with your name, address, email address, phone number, birth date, and favorite IFL team, create a password, review and accept terms and conditions including permission to receive communications regarding the Contest, and click submit. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted. Entrants will have the option to receive additional communications and promotional emails from the Company. 


How to Participate

1.  To enter, prior to each Applicable Game, either log on to the Company’s Website or IFL Website and click on Stadium Prediction Challenge link to access the Contest. 

2.  Participants will be prompted to complete certain predictions and/or trivia questions for the Applicable Game.  Participants must enter selections for all questions.  Questions will become available each Sunday before each Applicable Game during the Contest Period.  Participants will be able to enter and edit their selections up until the start time of each Applicable Game.  When the Applicable Game begins, answers and predictions will no longer be accepted or changed.


3.  Participants will be disqualified if they are found to have entered the contest more than once under a separate name or e-mail account.

Scoring and Winning

  1. The Company’s play-by-play and color analysts will reveal the answers to the questions throughout each Applicable Game.


  1. Following each Applicable Game during the Contest Period, participants will receive pre-determined points for each correct trivia question or prediction. The number of points awarded will be shown on the Participant’s contest dashboard before predictions are locked. No points will be awarded for incorrect answers or predictions. Whether an answer or prediction is right or wrong will be determined by the Company in its sole and absolute discretion.


  1. On each Winner Determination Date, the Number of Winners Per Applicable Game will be determined by the Company based on scoring results at the end of each Applicable Game. Participants may view his/her score on the Contest dashboard.  Prize Placement of the Applicable Game Prizes will be determined by the Company based on each Participant’s score.  Points earned will accumulate over the Contest Period for Participants to qualify to win the Grand Prize as further described below. Ties will be broken by a bonus question.  The Participant with the correct answer to the bonus question, or closest to the number will win the tiebreaker.


4.  On July 17, 2021, one (1) Grand Prize Winner with the most points accumulated for the entire Contest Period will win a Grand Prize.  In the event of a tie, the Participant with the correct answer to the bonus question, or closest to the number will win the tiebreaker.


5.  Only one (1) Applicable Game Prize Winner will be awarded per household during the Contest Period.  An Applicable Game Prize Winner is eligible to be the Grand Prize Winner.


6.  If an Applicable Game is canceled, postponed or forfeited for any reason, then no points will be awarded for that game. In the event a participant does not participate in the Contest for one Applicable Game, it does not mean that the participant cannot participate the Contest for the following Applicable Game.

7.   In the event that the season for the Applicable Games is cancelled after the commencement of the Contest, then the Company shall have the right to cancel the Contest, and the Grand Prize Winner will be determined as the participant with the highest score as of the Contest cancellation date. 

Contest Terms and Conditions

1.   Company is not responsible for lost, late, garbled, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer, or any other electronic malfunction.  All entries received that are duplicate, mutilated, tampered with, incorrect, illegible, or from ineligible participants will be void.  All entries become the property of the Company and will not be acknowledged or returned.

2.   Company cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.  Company is not responsible for any technological malfunction, or human error relating to the Contest.

3.   In the event a participant in the contest disputes the points that such participant receives for any Applicable Game, then that participant must notify the Company in writing of such dispute within five (5) days of the Company declaring the results for such Applicable Game.  The failure to notify the Company within such five (5) day period shall constitute the agreement of the participant that the determination of participant’s points by the Company is accurate and participant shall be deemed to have the number of points determined by the Company even if such determination was in error.  Notifications to the Company may be done by clicking on the support button located at the bottom of the Contest dashboard.

4.  Prizes are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose.   Prizes are subject to the Sponsor(s) and/or Prize Provider(s) standard terms and conditions, and expiration dates.  For any ticket related prize, Company, Sponsor(s) and Prize Provider(s) are not responsible if any event or performance is cancelled or postponed.  Any trip related prizes are subject to advance reservation, availability and black-out dates, and do not include any meals, other transportation, gratuities, travel insurance, baggage fees, miscellaneous airline fees, excursions, spa treatments, or any other expenses.  The Station, Sponsor(s) and Prize Provider(s) are not responsible for winner’s failure to take the trip on the required travel dates, or cancellation of the trip by the winner.

6.  Each winner will be notified by email or phone.  Before claiming any prize, each winner must provide his/her correct name, address and telephone number to Company at the time of notification.  Each winner must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within three (3) days of notification (or less due to prize use time constraints), before Company will mail winner’s Prize.  Each winner must show picture identification to claim his/her prize.  Company reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding any prize based on the identification presented.  Company is not responsible in the event any Prize is lost or stolen, and will not replace any Prize.  If the prize is a trip, all persons traveling on the trip must be 18 years of age or over, unless travelers under 18 are accompanied by at least one adult who is the parent or legal guardian of all of the minors.  All persons traveling on the trip must also sign and return a release which must be returned with the winner’s release and affidavit of eligibility within three (3) days of winner’s notification.


7.  If a winner cannot be notified within two (2) days, or does not timely sign and return the release and affidavit of eligibility, then the Prize will be forfeited, and time permitting, the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner with the next highest score.  If time does not permit for an alternate winner to be determined, then the prize will be forfeited, and the Prize will remain the property of the Company.  

8.  There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize except at the sole discretion of Company. The Company has the right to substitute a prize of similar value.  No sale, transfer or assignment of any prize is allowed. Entrants are eligible to win only one contest within any 90 day period, regardless of the number of contests entered.

9.  Each winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.   Each winner must sign a W-9 form.  

10.  The Company is not liable if the provider of any part of a prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize. 

11.  The Company Entities, IFL, Sponsor(s), and Prize Provider(s) accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded in the Contest.  By entering, participants agree to release the Company Entities, IFL, Sponsor(s), Prize Provider(s), contest software and/or data providers, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all claims, loss, damage or injury as a result of or incident to his/her participation in the Contest or his/her use of the Prize.  Participants further acknowledge and agree that if a winner, the Company Entities and IFL have the right to publicize participant’s name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that participant is a winner of the Contest for promotional purposes, without financial remuneration.

12.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of the Company or any sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether Maryland or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction other than Maryland.  The invalidity of unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as of the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.  All claims relating to the contest must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland, which shall have the exclusive jurisdiction and venue over such claims.

13.  Complete Official Rules for the Contest are on the Company’s Website and IFL Website.  For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Company at the Company Address within thirty (30) days of the last day of the Contest Period.  Vermont residents do not need to include pre-paid postage.

14.  The Company has the right to disqualify any participant it determines has not complied with the Contest Rules.  All decisions by the Company shall be final and binding relating to this contest, including the interpretation of the Contest Rules.  Company reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the contest dates.  Company reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify or suspend the Contest if in Company’s sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Contest has been, or could be, compromised or that the Contest is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or force majeure or any other causes beyond the Company’s control.

15.  The Contest is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy and Website Terms and Conditions located on the Company’s Website.
